 idual to develop a range of self-presentation and 
 marketing skills.</p><p>Preparing a CV or taking p
 art in an interview are essential career managemen
 t skills that we use throughout our lives.</p><p>E
 very student will at some stage face the daunting 
 task of preparing for an interview\, whether that’
 s for a part time job\, college application or an 
 apprenticeship. By volunteering at this event you 
 can help them to identify their strengths\, learn 
 about transferrable skills and gain confidence in 
 speaking to new people.</p><p>At this event you co
 uld be asked to</p><ul><li>lead a workshop on inte
 rview skills or preparing a CV</li><li>conduct moc
 k interviews</li><li>critique CVs.</li></ul><p>Not
  only will you be sharing your expertise but you w
 ill also give students an authentic experience of 
 interacting with professionals in a comfortable se
 tting. </p><p>This session will support schools in
  working towards achieving Gatsby Benchmark 3: Add
 ressing the needs of each student. Students are en
 couraged to identify the relevant experience and s
 kills they have developed and how best to communic
 ate these to prospective employers.</p><p>If this
