Now is a pivotal time to have a lasting influence on a st udent’s future decision making and motivation to s ucceed. Join us to enlighten then on some of the c areer options available and how to reach them.
Employers are invited to discuss their career p aths and promote company opportunities to small gr oups of students in short sessions.
This eve nt will support schools in working towards achievi ng Gatsby Benchmark 5: Encounters with employers a nd employees. Research from the Education and Empl oyers Taskforce shows that a young person who has four or more meaningful encounters with an employe r is 86% less likely to be unemployed or not in ed ucation or training and can earn up to 22% more du ring their career.
