 oughout our lives.</p><p>Every student will face t
 he daunting task of preparing for an interview\, w
 hether that’s for a part time job\, college applic
 ation or an apprenticeship.</p><p>By volunteering 
 at this event you can help students to:</p><ul><li
 >identify their strengths</li><li>learn about tran
 sferrable skills</li><li>gain confidence in speaki
 ng to new people</li></ul><p>Your task as a volunt
 eer will be to conduct mock interviews. Not only w
 ill you be sharing your expertise you but will als
 o give students an authentic experience of interac
 ting with professionals in a comfortable setting. 
 </p><p>If you or someone from your organisation is

  schools in working towards achieving Gatsby Bench
 mark 3: Addressing the needs of each student. Stud
 ents are encouraged to identify the relevant exper
 ience and skills they have developed and how best 
 to communicate these to prospective employers.</p>
